My husband was admitted yesterday to the cardiac floor. RN Mia gave us a warm welcome and helped my husband to relax with her kind and gentle bedside manner. All the docs who have come in to speak with us have been kind and knowledgeable. The CRNP from the surgical group was outstanding(can’t remember her name). The room is very comfortable and he is enjoying all the meals. Thank you Wellspan York!! ♥️♥️♥️

Sadly my grandfather had a hemorrhagic stroke and was just taken off ventilator. He’s still alive but has isn’t responding to simulation and considered brain dead. He live an amazing 77 year life and couldn’t have had a better set of nurses taking care of him and our family. Helped me set up the TV for him, Gave us complementary drink and snack tray, checked on us everyday 30 minutes and even let us break the two person rule. And I even talked the one nurse into staying in his room all night while we slept to keep an eye on him. They truly understood and cared. God bless them and I’ll miss you Pug. ❤️

the ONLY reason i’m giving this hospital five stars is because of dr. shariff. she goes above and beyond to connect with her patients and make them feel comfortable and cared for. she also answered all my questioned and educated me on everything i wanted to learn without making me feel rushed or like i was just another person for her to rush through for the day. the genuine compassion and goals she has for her patients is something worth being in her care alone. her message about the entire bariatric community is inspiring and she takes incredible pride (as she should) in her work.

Everyone on 4SW was fantastic. Everyone from the RN Jarrod, NA Paula, and Respiratory Therapist Sue were exceptional. I really felt like my mother was getting top notch care.

Had 2 heart procedures on 12/26/25. Beth was my nurse and she was excellent. She made me feel like she was family. Thank you

I was admitted on Nov. 5 for lung surgery. Everyone was very nice and professional. Dr Ali and his Assistants are very professional and kept me informed. The nurses in tower two were very nice and professional and I appreciate how they took care of me. Thank you!

Had a very great experience with this being my very first time at this hospital. Had surgery Jan. 6th 2026, the nurses were all super. My doctor was top notch They treated my wife like family while I was in surgery. I had a 3 day stay. I can not believe the quality of food and menu. Never had hospital food as good as here. Keep up the great work.

A good visit went quick. Staff was friendly and very sweet. Shout out the the hottest woman in the CT scan area with the black hair and glasses. Hello Nurse lol. Good people here in my experience. Security point was done well. There is a caffeine in the main entrance a few feet back and store. Valet parking waiting at the door. There is construction near the emergency room road entrance that the hospital is still doing. But looks easy to navigate.

The nurses, techs, doctors and anesthesia staff were all very thorough, accomodating and friendly. After the procedure the transport staff, who was also very sweet, took me by wheelchair to valet parking. I was very thankful because it was a very long walk from patient registration to the North Elevators and then to the department on the 4th floor. That was my only complaint but I understand there is little to be done due to current construction. Overall a very good experience.

After our second ambulance arrival at this hospital, I feel it necessary to give it this review. Both times we had very positive ER experiences, with very attentive and kind doctors and nurses. For what were incredibly stressful situations on our part, the staff made me feel like they truly cared and wanted to help as much as possible. I've had nothing but positive interactions at this hospital, and would definitely recommend the emergency room here.
